Our Service is Quality Assured

East London Solutions (ELS) Quality Assurance

Our unique service has been awarded with East London Solutions (ELS) Quality Assurance, which means we have been approved at a local authority level as having met specific standards that service users feel are important to them.

This means that if someone accesses Adult Social Care services and is eligible for a Personal Budget, they have the option of using their Personal Budget to help them pay for our service so they can be rest assured that our service has already been vetted to a high standard.

Who are East London Solutions?

What’s a personal budget?

A personal budget is an amount of money your local council can allocate to you in order to meet your eligible support needs. An outcome based assessment sets out whether you are eligible for council-funded support and establishes an approximate figure that the council would need to spend on services that would support you.

Am I eligible for a Personal Budget?

You will need to contact your local council and ask speak to the Adult Social Care Department in order to request a ‘Needs Assessment’.
