Our vision is to enable people who are struggling with their health at home to take back the control of their own health and well-being by making long-lasting changes to their current lifestyle. Our aim is to support people to look within themselves, rather than outwardly to social and medical services, in order to survive and thrive.
When we first met the lady you see in this photo, she only left her home to go to her hospital appointments. This meant she was at a very high risk of developing other chronic health problems, such as Type II Diabetes and Obesity, if she remained physically inactive from being at home for so much of the time.
With our help, in just 12 weeks of her following a home-based exercise programme designed by our team, she became confident enough in herself to start attending group exercise classes in her local community. And now she is a member of her local gym in East London!
We have a team of highly specialised Exercise Therapists and Chartered Physiotherapists who will work with you from your own home to help you increase your level of physical activity. Our team also have the required personal qualities of being professional, patient and kind.
We will design and implement your very own personalised activity programme that takes into account your own health goals as well as your existing medical conditions and prescribed medications so that the specific exercises we encourage you to do are suitable, safe and effective for you to perform.
Your health is ultimately your wealth – without good health we simply cannot enjoy life. Don’t just take our word for it – it is medically proven that one of the most effective ways to protect yourself from disabling medical conditions is to become more active and then to stay active.
Once you start to take care of your body, your body can then take care of you. By becoming more conscious of what it is you are putting in to your body, i.e the quality and quantity of food and drink you are consuming, combined with how much you are exercising your heart, lungs and muscles on a daily basis, you move one step closer to living a life of greater independence and health for life.
